WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
in the original condition that you received it
in its original packaging
You will have 5 days from the delivery date to request a returned product. Please contact us at email@example.com to start the return process if your product meets any of the criteria below:
• The products have been damagedL: cracked, chipped, no longer intact.
• The printing quality is blurry, or the materials are not as described on our website;
• The design or size differs from what you ordered.
Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns due to material/size dissatisfaction. The materials and sizes are listed in the description section when placing an order.
SUBMITTING EVIDENCE FOR RETURN
It is critical for our return process to submit all evidence to clarify shipping/product errors. Please keep in mind that all required images must be submitted. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return request. For example, see the attached images below:
1. A photograph of the shipping label
2. Image of the product’s SKU
3. A picture of the product and the error you discovered (material flawed, different design, different size)
RETURN/ REPLACEMENT PROCESS (if applicable)
After we receive your information and your return is accepted, we will notify you by email with a return label. Please do not return any items without first informing us of your problem. Items sent to us without prior notification will be considered forfeit.
How can customers return products?
Please follow the instructions exactly after contacting our support and receiving our response:
• Pack all returned items, as well as a printout of your purchase confirmation email and the return label.
• Take the package to your local post office or another courier and ship it to the address on your return label.
We will also send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will send the replacement free of charge within 15 days of receiving the returned item (excluding holidays and weekends).
